~ SWAN LAKE ~ Antique European cut solitaire

Super pretty antique Old European cut / Old Transitional cut diamond solitaire ring. The diamond is about 5 mm in face size and estimated 0.45-0.50 carat. 
Nice little culet visible on magnification, very white, with normal age related wear. 
Beautifully made, you can see inside the band, because it’s all hand made, the setting in white gold has been neatly fitted into the yellow gold band. 
All 18k, faded hallmark but still legible and XRF tested for Karat. 
Size 5.5, resizable. 
Some slight age related wear can and should be expected, as this piece is estimated to be about a 80 - 100 years old.
