"in what currency are your prices listed?"

My default setting is to AUD, Australian dollars. however on the product page you can choose various currencies from the dropdown menu!

"Where do you make your jewellery?"

I work with an artisans guild in India, some of these 'karigars', can trace their family roots back to the time of the Mughals and the Nizams.

Several of my pieces are also made in Hong Kong, a lot of the setting work is done here in Canberra.

Please note, RESIZING is NOT an in house service. I'm happy to help facilitate it with a goldsmith I often work with, here in Canberra. However, her pricing, or any damage to the item, is not my responsibility.

"Do you offer layby?"

As a rule, I do not offer layby to new clients. I do have both Afterpay and Klarna available.

However, rules are meant to be bent so if you’re keen on a layby, kindly connect and I can see what I can do.

If for any reason there is a fall in a layby, restocking fee is 30%

If a repayment or a bill is unpaid for over 5 days- including the date the invoice was sent- there is a 10% administration fee. If the repayment continues to be unpaid, with no communication, at 14 business days I reserve the right to relist the item. There’s far too many defaults and delays lately.

“Can I return an item?”

I do not accept returns, so please be certain of your purchase before you buy.

I'm happy to provide multiple photos and videos. Items are always as described in photos and videos.

If the customer and I do agree on a return, the piece must be returned to me in sale condition before I can make a refund. shipping and insurance will be decided on a case by case basis.

Under no circumstances will custom pieces, or pieces altered in any type of way (resizing etc), be valid for a return.

50% sourcing deposit on gemstones is also, non refundable as the work starts the moment the deposit is in.

"What are 'reclaimed' gemstones?"

When jewellery is sold to be melted, for a plethora of reasons is it often sold with the gemstones in it. These gemstones are then removed and are purchased by gemstones sellers / auction houses especially interested in older hand cut stones. I offer both reclaimed and new gemstones and diamonds.

"Do you offer Afterpay / KLARNA?"

Yes I offer both ! Afterpay however has a purchase limit up to 2000$ AUD (may vary in your country) but please feel free to work with me on a combination of payment options.
